Terms and Conditions for Using Gift Catalogs

1. Gift Selection

Recipients may select one (1) gift from the available options in the digital gift catalogue provided through the redemption link.

Once a gift has been selected and the redemption form submitted, the choice is final and cannot be changed.

2. Redemption Validity

The gift redemption link must be used within the validity period stated in the catalogue or redemption page (2 weeks).

If the gift is not selected within this period, the redemption may be forfeited or expired without replacement.

3. Delivery Details

Recipients are required to provide accurate delivery details, including full name, delivery address, and contact information.

PUREZENTO will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during redemption.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once the gift selection and delivery details are submitted, the gift will be delivered within approximately 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Product availability
Supplier fulfilment
Courier service conditions

5. Delivery Location

Gift deliveries are currently available within Singapore only, unless otherwise specified.

Additional delivery charges may apply for certain locations if stated in the redemption page.

6. Product Availability

While every effort is made to ensure all gifts listed in the catalogue remain available, PUREZENTO reserves the right to replace an unavailable item with another item of similar value and quality if necessary.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Gifts redeemed through PUREZENTO are not exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

In such cases, recipients must contact PUREZENTO within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with supporting photos as proof.

8. Responsibility of Product Providers

Some gifts may be supplied by partner brands or merchants.

While PUREZENTO facilitates the redemption and delivery process, product warranties or usage terms may be governed by the respective brand or supplier.
