Key Redemption Notes:

  • Recipients may select one (1) gift from the available options in the digital gift catalogue provided through the redemption link. Once a gift has been selected and the redemption form submitted, the choice is final and cannot be changed.

  • The gift redemption link must be used within the validity (2 weeks). If the gift is not selected within this period, the redemption may be forfeited or expired without replacement.

  • PUREZENTO will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during redemption.
  • This gift catalog cannot be exchanged for cash.
